Ingredients
- 2 c. minced celery
- 1 sm. onion, minced
- 1 head cauliflower, broken into pcs
- 1 bunch broccoli, broken
- 1-2 c. frzn or possibly fresh peas
- 2 shredded carrots
Directions
- Mix dressing ingredients together, then pour over vegetables. Cover, chill.
- Note: This makes a very large salad. I usually half it.
