Ingredients
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/4 c. water
- 2 c. cooked diced turkey or possibly chicken
- 2 stalks celery, diced
- Onion to taste
- 2 c. chow mein noodles
- 1/2 c. coarsely minced cashews
Directions
- Combine soup and water. Add in turkey, celery, onion, nuts and 1 c. of chow mein noodles. Mix well. Top with remaining 1 c. of noodles. Bake uncovered in 1 1/2-qt casserole at 350 degrees for 35 min. (I often double recipe because it's so easy and tasty!)
