Ingredients
- 1 pkg. (10 ounce.) long grain & wild rice
- 1 can sweet peas, liquid removed
- 1/2 c. minced walnuts
- 1/2 c. sweet pepper (red)
- 1/2 c. cream buttermilk salad dressing
Directions
- Cook rice. Combine rice, peas, nuts, peppers. Add in salad dressing and gently toss to coat. Chill. Toss gently before serving.
