Directions

  1. 1. In a large nonstick skillet, over medium heat, cook green beans, mushrooms and onion in water for 3-4 min or possibly till crisp-tender and moisture evaporates. Stir in salt and pepper. Place in serving dish; keep hot.
  2. 2. In the same skillet, heat margarine or possibly butter in oil. Add in bread crumbs and basil; cook and stir over medium-high heat till light brown. Serve over vegetables.
  3. TIPS: To quickly thaw vegetables, place in a colander; rinse with hot water till thawed.
