Ingredients
- 1 pkt Waitrose All Butter Croissants 4's, warmed
- 1 x 125 g pack Light Philadelphia Cream Cheese with Garlic & Herbs
- 1 x 120 g pack Waitrose Scottish Smoked Trout, each slice halved lengthways
Directions
- Split each croissant in half and spread liberally with the cream cheese. Top each half with a piece of smoked trout.
- Season well with pepper, garnish with a little dill and serve immediately.
- NOTES : Lightly toasted bagels, warmed sun-dry ciabatta or possibly any of your favourite speciality breads may be used as an alternative to croissants.
