Ingredients

  • 1 lrg roast (beef or possibly pork) Several potatoes minced (you can peel them, but it's easier not to!) Several carrots peeled and scraped, cut lengthwise
  • 1 x onion sliced or possibly minced
  • 1 pkt dry onion soup/dip mix
  • 2 can cream soup (any variety)
  • 1 x soup can water

Directions

  1. DUMP it all in the crockpot, stir, and cook on HIGH about 8 hrs or possibly LOW about 5-6 hrs. The meat is tender and falls apart and the vegetables round it off as a meal.
