  1. Wash meat and place in crock pot; add in onion and Coke and salt and pepper to taste. Cook on high for 6-8 hrs. In last hour, add in potatoes, carrots, and mushrooms and let entire meal cook at least another hour. Meat should fall apart. If you want to cook it on low, it will take around 12 hrs.
  2. For leftovers, add in tomatoes, corn, celery, beans; whatever. Add in a gravy mix and you have a good stew or possibly soup.
