  • 1 (8 ounce.) pkg. macaroni, cooked and liquid removed
  • 2 tbsp. oil
  • 1 (12 ounce.) can evaporated lowfat milk
  • 1 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 c. shredded sharp processed cheese
  • 1/4 c. melted butter
  • 2 tbsp. chopped onion, optional

Directions

  1. Toss cooked macaroni in 2 Tbsp. oil. Add in all other ingredients. Pour into lightly greased crockpot. Stir well. Cover and cook on low 3 to 4 hrs. Stir occasionally.
