Ingredients

  • 1 (8 ounce.) elbow macaroni
  • 1 stick butter
  • 3 c. sharp shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 2 Large eggs, beaten
  • 1 lg. evaporated lowfat milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Cook and drain macaroni. In crock pot, put macaroni, butter, 2 c. cheese and stir. Add in lowfat milk, Large eggs, evaporated lowfat milk and top with 1 c. cheese. Cook on low for 3 hrs.
