Ingredients

  • 1 (8 ounce.) box macaroni, cooked and liquid removed
  • 1 tall can evaporated lowfat milk
  • 1 1/2 c. whole lowfat milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 2 Large eggs
  • 1/4 c. melted butter
  • 2 c. sharp cheese, shredded (Velveeta is less greasy)
  • 1 c. med. cheese, shredded

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients, put in crock pot. Cut thin slices of cheese and place on top. Cook 3-4 hrs on low
