Ingredients
- 1/2 gal Apple cider (up to 1)
- 3 Tbsp. Butter
- 8 x Cinnamon sticks or possibly cinnamon spice to taste
- 1 box of cloves
- 2 lrg Lemons Touch of nutmeg Spiced rum
Directions
- Pour apple cider into crock-pot. Add in solid butter, cinnamon sticks, nutmeg and 1 lemon (cut in half) into pot. Let simmer till steaming. Cut 2nd lemon into wheels and place 5 to 6 cloves into each wheel. Place in cider mix and take out old lemon halves. Simmer for 1/2 hour. Serve with spiced rum to taste per c.. Garnish with lemon twist or possibly cinnamon stick.
