  1. Layer ingredients, meat first, in crock pot. Cook on LOW for 8 to 10 hrs. Don't stir for first 5 hrs. Shred meat after 7 hrs.
  2. Serve on flour or possibly corn tortillas. Top with lowfat sour cream, if you like.
