Directions

  1. Coat ribs in mix of 2 Tablespoons flour with salt and pepper. Brown on all sides. In crockpot combine the ribs and the rest of the ingredients except for the 2 Tablespoons flour. Cook on low for 9 hours. Turn control to high . Thicken with 2 Tablespoons flour mixed with a little water. Cook on high for 15 min. Serve over wide noodles
