Ingredients
3 carrots, cut up
3 potatoes, cut up
2 lbs. beef chuck or possibly stew meat
1 c. of water or possibly beef stock
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 clove garlic (opt.)
1 bay leaf (opt.)
1 tbsp. salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon paprika (opt.)
3 onions, quartered
1 stalk celery, cut up (opt.)
Directions
Put in crock pot in the order listed. Stir just sufficient to mix spices. Cover and set to low for 10 to 12 hrs or possibly high for 5 to 6 hrs.
