Ingredients

  • 3 carrots
  • 3 potatoes
  • 2 lbs. stew beef
  • 1 c. beef stock or possibly broth
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 bay leaf
  • Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 3 onions, quartered
  • 1 stalk celery with tops

Directions

  1. Chop vegetables and put all ingredients in crock pot in order listed. Cover and cook on low 10-12 hrs or possibly high 4-5 hrs.
