Ingredients

  • 4 pound pork or possibly beef roast
  • 1 med. onion, sliced
  • 1/2 c. hickory smoke flavored BBQ sauce
  • 3 c. water
  • 3/4 c. regular BBQ sauce

Directions

  1. Cook meat and onion in crock pot on high for 4 to 6 hrs or possibly on low overnight. Drain water and throw out onion. Add in BBQ sauces and cook on low for 1 hour.
