Ingredients
- 2 x 14 ounce. cans white beans
- 2 x 14 ounce. cans garbanzo beans, liquid removed
- 2 x 14 ounce. cans red kidney beans, liquid removed
- 1/4 lb Green beans
- 1 c. Arugula, minced
- 1 x Cucumber, diced
- 1/4 c. Basil leaves
- 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1/4 c. Extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 c. Lemon juice
Directions
- Directions: In a small bowl, whisk together the mustard, oil and lemon juice. Add in remaining ingredients and season with salt and pepper.
