This fried shrimp recipe is great to serve while the game is on ,finger food that is tasty and easy to eat Serve with Creamy Slaw ,and Chile Aioli for dipping and your favorite Beer

  • Aioli
  • 1cp mayo
  • 1tbs lime juice
  • 1 tbs Sabal Olek
  • 2 tbls thai sweet Chile
  • 2 tbls fresh cilantro finely chopped
  • Shrimp
  • 1 lb shrimp ,split and cleaned
  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 16 ounces beer
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • black pepper
  • 6 cps tempura mix
  • Enough peanut oil for frying


  1. In medium bowl mix all Aioli ingredients ,and chill can be made 2 days ahead In
  2. in medium bowl whisk flour salt and pepper
  3. in medium bowl mix beer and tempura mix
  4. Coat Shrimp with flour mixture ,shake off excess
  5. dip in tempura Batter making sure oil is very hot
  6. fry shrimp about 4 minutes and place on a tray with paper towel
  7. Serve with Aioli for dipping and fresh slaw on the side Touchdown!
