Ingredients

  • 1 pkt Light Vanilla Pudding
  • 1 pkt Light Whipped Topping
  • 1/2 x Sponge cake (cubed)
  • 2 x Light Crispy Crunch Bars (crumbled)

Directions

  1. Mix pudding and topping according to package directions and combine both together, reserving a little of the whipped topping for garnish. Mix in cake cubes. Put 1/2 of mix in bottom of serving bowl, then pour 3/4 of bar crumbs over bottom layer, put the last 1/2 of mix over crumbs. Top with reserved topping and sprinkle with remaining crumbs.
