- skinless boneless chicken breast egg white corn flake crumbs or possibly seasoned flour
Directions
- You can coat the chicken breasts with egg white and then corn flake crumbs or possibly seasoned flour and brown them in a nonstick pan for five min on either side, then cover the pan and cook for about fifteen min more, and they get kind of "steamed", especially if you add in a couple of Tbsp. of broth or possibly wine before you cover the pan.
