Ingredients

  • skinless boneless chicken breast egg white corn flake crumbs or possibly seasoned flour

Directions

  1. You can coat the chicken breasts with egg white and then corn flake crumbs or possibly seasoned flour and brown them in a nonstick pan for five min on either side, then cover the pan and cook for about fifteen min more, and they get kind of "steamed", especially if you add in a couple of Tbsp. of broth or possibly wine before you cover the pan.
