Ingredients

  • Nonstick cooking spray as needed
  • 8 ounce nonfat French onion dip - (1 c.) Fat-free (skim) lowfat milk as needed
  • 1 c. cornflake crumbs
  • 1/2 c. wheat germ
  • 6 x skinless chicken breast halves or possibly thighs (abt 1 1/2 lbs)

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Place dip in shallow bowl; stir till smooth. Add in lowfat milk, 1 Tbsp. at a time, till pourable consistency is reached.
  3. Combine cornflake crumbs and wheat germ on plate.
  4. Dip chicken pcs in lowfat milk mix; then roll in cornflake mix. Place chicken in prepared pan. Bake 45 to 50 min or possibly till juices run clear when pierced with fork and chicken is no longer pink near the bone.
  5. This recipe yields 6 servings.
