Ingredients

3/4 c. solid shortening
1/2 c. sugar
1 pkt (3 ounce) jell-o...any flavor
2 x Large eggs
1 tsp vanilla
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp baking pwdr
1 tsp salt

Directions

Mix shortening, sugar, jell-o, Large eggs and vanilla. Blend in dry ingredients.
Roll dough into 3/4" balls. Place 3" apart on UNgreased cookie sheet.
Flatten each with bottom of a glass which has been dipped in sugar. Bake at 400 degrees 6 to 8 min.
Makes 4 dozen
