Crisp Parmesan Cheese Wafers Recipe

Ingredients

  • 3/4 c. freshly-grated Parmesan cheese (to make 12 wafers)

Directions

  1. Measure cheese into 1-Tbsp. mounds and place well apart in large nonstick skillet, about 4 mounds per batch. Spread each mound into thin wafer.
  2. Heat cheese over low heat till cheese melts and begins to brown around edges. Turn and continue cooking till lightly browned.
  3. Repeat to make 12 wafers.
  4. This recipe yields 12 cheese wafers.
