Ingredients
- 2 (8 ounce) packages. cream cheese
- 2 packages. crescent rolls (Pillsbury)
- 1 egg, separated
- 1 1/3 c. sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions
- Spread 1 package crescent rolls in bottom of 9"x13" pan to create a crust.Mix the 2 pkgs of cream cheese, egg yolk, 1 cup sugar and 1 tsp vanilla with mixer. Spread over crust.
- Unroll 2nd package of crescent rolls and carefully pat over cream cheese mix to make top crust.
- Mix egg white and 1/3 cup sugar. Pour and spread over crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min. Crust will be brown. Cool before cutting.
