Creole Shrimp Cocktail Sauce Recipe

Ingredients

juice of half a lemon 1 c. tomato juice 2 Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

1 Tablespoons pepper sauce 1/2 c. celery, finely minced 2 Tablespoons horseradish, grated

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients and serve over shrimp in cocktail glasses.
2. Serve with crisp crackers and lettuce salad if you like.
