Directions

  1. Bring some salted water to a boil, add the pasta and cook until done, for about 10 minutes or according to package directions.
  2. In the tilt grill, heat the olive oil.
  3. Add some onions, bell peppers, and acallions, saute for 2 to 4 minutes or until tender.
  4. Stir in the garlic and saute for a few seconds, then stir in the tomatoes, broth and ccorn and simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. Add chick peas, thyme, bay leaves, anf cayenne pepper and simmer.
  6. Boil down to thicken the sause or conversely add more broth if you want it loose.
  7. Remove bay leaves before serving. Toss pasta in olive oil then pan-up.
  8. After pasta is penned-up, top with sause and fresh chopped parsley.
