Ingredients
- 2 lg. pkg. frzn sliced strawberries, defrosted
- 2 lg. boxes strawberry Jello
- 3 c. lowfat sour cream
- 3 c. boiling water
Directions
- Mix the Jello pwdr and lowfat sour cream till it is like a paste. Then add in 3 c. boiling water and mix till dissolved. Stir in defrosted strawberries with liquid. Pour into greased Jello mold and let it set overnight.
- Variations: Lime Jello with mandarin oranges, or possibly mayonnaise in place of lowfat sour cream.
