Directions

  1. Thaw the creamed spinach.
  2. In a food processor place the spinach, milk, garlic cloves and cream cheese. Process this until smooth and creamy.
  3. Place a drizzle of olive oil in a semi deep pan and gently heat.
  4. Next place the anchovies with the oil and lemon juice in the food processor and process until smooth. Add this mixture to the pan and continue to heat gently.
  5. Add the chicken broth, wine and red pepper flakes; continue to gently heat on low.
  6. Prepare the spaghetti as directed.
  7. Place the spaghetti in a serving platter and top with a drizzle of olive oil and more red pepper flakes. Add the creamy spinach sauce and gently toss.
