CREAMY SHRIMP FETTUCCINE Recipe

My husband loves this recipe. I haven't made it in a while. You can prepare it with shrimp or chicken. I prefer chicken, but shrimp is what I had on hand tonight. It is a simple quick meal that is easily prepared. You can adjust the thickness by add more milk. I usually have to add at least another full cup to get the consistancy that I prefer. The addition of poppy seeds is the secret to this recipe. NO BULL you will love it, don't omit!

Directions

  1. Cook pasta set aside.
  2. Saute shrimp ( or chicken) in a little butter season as desired and set aside.
  3. Melt butter add flour and cook for 2 minutes. Add milk stir over med heat until thickened. Stir in remaining ingredients.
  4. Enjoy!
