1 c. Frzn peas
4 ounce Thinly sliced ham, minced (very lean)
1 can Reduced calorie Cream of Mushroom Soup
1/4 tsp Salt
1/8 tsp Pepper
1 Tbsp. Flour
1/2 tsp Dry parsley

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 F. In large bowl combine potatoes, peas, ham. In a small bowl mix flour, parsley, salt, pepper into soup. Pour over potato mix and blend well. Pour into 8x8 inch baking dish sprayed with butter cooking spray. Bake 25-30 mins.
Serves 6
