Ingredients

  • 1 lb Cream cheese
  • 3/4 c. Lime juice
  • 1 x 14 ounce. can sweetened condensed lowfat milk
  • 1 x Lime, zest of
  • 1 c. Creme fraiche
  • 1/4 c. Powdered sugar

Directions

  1. Directions: For the pie crust, use your favorite graham cracker crust recipe and press into the pie dish. To prepare the filling, combine the cream cheese, lime juice, condensed lowfat milk till smooth. Add in the lime zest and mix thoroughly. Pour into pie shell. For the topping, whisk together the creme fraiche and powdered sugar till soft peaks form. Using a spatula, spread proportionately over the surface of the filling.
  2. Refrigeratepie for 4-6 hrs before serving.
