Ingredients

  • 1 pkt Duncan hines pudding Lemon cake mix
  • 3 x Large eggs, divided
  • 1/3 c. Oil
  • 16 ounce Cream cheese, softened
  • 8 ounce Dairy lowfat sour cream
  • 1/2 c. Sugar

Directions

  1. Measure 1 c. dry cake mix; set aside. Combine remaining mix with 1 egg and 1/3 c. oil. Press in the bottom of a 9x13-inch pan. Bake at 350` for 10 min. Meanwhile, combine reserved mix, 2 Large eggs, cream cheese and lowfat sour cream. Beat at Low speed for 2 min. Spread over crust. Bake at 350` about 35 min longer. Cold. Serve with whipped cream.
