  • 1 can cream of celery soup, undiluted
  • 1 (3 ounce.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 4 c. frzn hash browns
  • 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 1/4 c. diced onions
  • 1/2 c. shredded cheese

Directions

  1. In saucepan, combine soup, lowfat milk, onions and cream cheese. Cook and stir till smooth. Stir potatoes into soup mix. Pour into a 10 x 6 x 1 1/2 inch baking dish. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees till potatoes are tender; 1 to 1 1/2 hrs. Remove foil, top with shredded cheese and bake to heat cheese. Tripled recipe fits 9 x 13 inch pan.
