  • 2 c. cooked, diced, ham
  • 1 (No. 2 can, 2 c.) green peas, liquid removed
  • 1 can (1 1/4 c.) condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 4 med. size sweet potatoes, cooked
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tbsp. butter

Directions

  1. Mix ham, peas and soup; pour into a lightly greased 1 1/2 qt casserole. Mash warm sweet potatoes; season with cinnamon, salt and butter. Beat till fluffy. Heap sweet potatoes on top of ham mix. Bake in a moderate oven (350 degrees) for 30 min. Makes 6 servings.
