2 c. cooked, diced, ham
1 (No. 2 can, 2 c.) green peas, liquid removed
1 can (1 1/4 c.) condensed cream of mushroom soup
4 med. size sweet potatoes, cooked
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 tbsp. butter

Directions

Mix ham, peas and soup; pour into a lightly greased 1 1/2 qt casserole. Mash warm sweet potatoes; season with cinnamon, salt and butter. Beat till fluffy. Heap sweet potatoes on top of ham mix. Bake in a moderate oven (350 degrees) for 30 min. Makes 6 servings.
