Ingredients
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 chicken bouillon cube
- 2 ounce. (1/2 c.) American cheese, shredded
- 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 c. cubed cooked ham
- 1/3 c. sliced black olives
- 2 tbsp. snipped parsley
- 6 frzn patty shells; baked
Directions
- Heat butter; blend in flour. Add in lowfat milk, 1/2 c. water and bouillon cube. Cook and stir till thick and bubbly. Add in cheese, mustard and Worcestershire; stir till cheese melts. Add in ham and next 3 ingredients. Cover, refrigerateup to 24 hrs.
- Before serving, heat ham mix over low heat till heated through, stirring occasionally. Spoon into patty shells.
