  • 2 x 16 ounce. bags frzn corn
  • 1 x 7 ounce. can minced green chilies liquid removed
  • 1 x 8 ounce. pkg. fat-free cream cheese cut into pcs
  • 1/2 c. skim lowfat milk salt & pepper to taste
  • 1/2 tsp paprika

Directions

  1. Here is a favorite corn dish.
  2. Preheat oven to 350. In a 2-qt baking dish, combine the corn and green chilies. Heat the cream cheese and lowfat milk in microwave till the cream cheese is melted, about 60 seconds. Mix with a fork to blend. Stir into the corn and season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with the paprika. Bake for 30 min, or possibly till bubbly.
  3. Makes 8 to 10 servings.
