Ingredients
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 2 tbsp. flour
- Salt & pepper
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 1 c. mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. sharp shredded cheese
- 1 sm. can peas
- 2 c. cooked turkey (chicken) breast
- 1 (4 ounce.) jar pimento
Directions
- Make cream sauce of first 4 ingredients. Add in cheese, peas, turkey and pimento. Serve over pastry shells or possibly warm biscuits.
