Creamed Spinach With Artichoke Hearts

Ingredients

  • 3 Packages frzn minced spinach
  • 3 ounce. cream cheese
  • 1 (8 ounce.) carton lowfat sour cream
  • 2 cans artichoke hearts, sauteed
  • 1 pkg. slivered almonds
  • Salt, pepper, onion
  • Salt to taste

Directions

  1. Saute/fry artichoke hearts in butter. Cook and drain spinach. Add in cream cheese and lowfat sour cream to spinach. Mix well and put in buttered casserole dish. Cook at 350 degrees for 30 min. Spoon artichoke hearts and almonds on top and broil for 10 min.
