  • 2 c. cooked, coarsely minced shrimp, turkey or possibly chicken
  • 2 tbsp. minced green pepper
  • 2 tbsp. minced red pepper or possibly minced pimento
  • 2 tbsp. minced onions
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • Lowfat milk, sufficient to make dish the desired consistency
  • Little sugar, optional
  • 1 tbsp. salad oil

Directions

  1. Saute/fry peppers and onions in oil. When tender but not brown, add in other ingredients and heat thoroughly. Add in lowfat milk if needed. Serve over rice, noodles or possibly toasted buns or possibly bread.
