Ingredients

  • 1 (10 ounce.) pkg. frzn green peas
  • 1 pkg. Betty Crocker creamed potatoes
  • 2 c. water
  • 1 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 jar (2 ounce.) pimiento, liquid removed and minced
  • 1 can (2 ounce.) mushroom stems and pcs, liquid removed
  • 1 teaspoon season salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon lemon pepper

Directions

  1. Rinse frzn peas under running cool water to separate; drain. Heat all ingredients to boiling in 10 inch skillet, stirring frequently. Reduce heat; cover and simmer, stirring occasionally, till potatoes are tender, 20 to 25 min. 6 servings.
  2. High Altitude Directions (3500 to 6500 feet) : No adjustments are necessary.
