Creamed Peas And Mushrooms Recipe

Ingredients

2 Packages (10 ounce. each) frzn green peas 2/3 c. water 1/2 teaspoon salt 10 1/2 ounce. can cream of mushroom soup

2 1/2 ounce. jar sliced mushrooms, liquid removed 1/8 teaspoon whole thyme (crushed) 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Directions

1. Place frzn peas in the salted water. Bring to quick boil. Reduce heat and simmer 5 min. Add in mushroom soup, mushrooms, thyme and lemon juice. Blend well. Simmer 3 to 4 min. Serves 7 to 8 people.
