Ingredients
1 can whole kernel corn, liquid removed
1 can creamed corn
1 c. lowfat sour cream
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
2 Large eggs
1/4 c. melted butter
1 pkg. corn muffin mix (save some for topping)
Directions
Combine all above in a greased casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min.
