Ingredients

  • 1 can whole kernel corn, liquid removed
  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 1 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 Large eggs
  • 1/4 c. melted butter
  • 1 pkg. corn muffin mix (save some for topping)

Directions

  1. Combine all above in a greased casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min.
