Creamed Corn Casserole

Delicious side dish for some BBQ!

Ingredients

  • 1 c. Jiffy corn meal muffin mix
  • 1/2 c. vegetable oil
  • 4 Large eggs
  • 2 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 2 cans cream-style corn
  • Cheddar cheese, grated

Directions

  1. Mix first Jiffy mix, oil, eggs, garlic salt and cream corn. Mixture might be sightly lumpy. Don't worry.
  2. Cover with grated Cheddar cheese.
  3. Bake in a greased dish at 325 degrees for 45 min or until a toothpick comes out clean.
