Ingredients

  • 1 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 1 can cream of mushroom
  • 1/2 c. dry sherry or possibly white wine
  • Chicken pcs, (breasts, legs, etc.)
  • Salt, pepper, garlic pwdr
  • 1 can whole mushrooms
  • Mild paprika

Directions

  1. Combine lowfat sour cream, soup and sherry. Arrange chicken in baking pan and season with salt, pepper and garlic pwdr. Pour canned mushrooms, including liquid over chicken. Absolutely drown it in paprika to give color. Bake in 325 to 350 degree oven about 1 hour.
