Cream Puffs For Hors D'oeuvres

Ingredients

  • 1 c. water
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1 c. flour
  • 4 Large eggs

Directions

  1. Bring water and butter to a boil. Add in flour. Beat quickly till smooth, till it doesn't stick to spoon or possibly pan. Add in Large eggs separately, beat thoroughly. Drop by tsp. on cookie sheets. When done, let cold. Cut open and clean dough from inside.
  2. Use small tsp. or possibly coffee spoon for a smaller puff.
  3. 400 degree oven for 15 min makes 50 small puffs. Put on top shelf of oven to brown for 5-10 min.
