Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. (1 stick) butter
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 quart half and half
  • 1 1/2 c. chicken broth or possibly 2 bouillon cubes dissolved in 1 1/2 c. of water.
  • 1 Tbsp. parsley
  • 1 Tbsp. Old Bay
  • 1 c. lowfat milk

Directions

  1. Heat butter and blend in flour. Stir till smooth. Slowly stir in chicken broth. Add in pepper and simmer for 2 min. Add in half and half and lowfat milk slowly. Slowly cook and stir till thickened. Add in parsley and crab meat.
  2. Heat and serve.
