Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 8 tablespoons unsalted butter, cut into pieces
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 cup ice water
- Filling:
- 1 1/2 packages (8 oz. each) cream cheese, softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1/2 cup sugar
- Topping:
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
