  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • ¼ cup plus 2 TBS canola oil
  • 3 cups sugar
  • 3 cups all purposed flour, sifted
  • 6 whole eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 TBS blueberry jam
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 TBS water
