  1. Mix all hamburger ingredients together. Take a square casserole dish. Spread mix to cover bottom and half of sides. Place cream cheese mix over hamburger. Put rest of hamburger mix on top and seal sides. Bake as meat loaf for 1 to 1 1/2 hrs at 250 degrees. Remove grease as meat loaf bakes.Cream cheese should be at room temperature. Lowfat milk can be added to make it creamier, more mustard, horseradish, to make more tangier.
